Dental technicians and dentists can

communicate about the patient situa-

tion in two different articulators by

coordinating the Splitex plates (Fig. 6)

using calibration keys. With a toleran-

ce of 8μ no details are lost between the

two articulators. This precision is the

result if both the model and occlusion

are simultaneously transferred into the

“Ceramill Mind” CAD software of the

Ceramill CAD/CAM system.
