Function

The software guides the dental techni-

cian clearly through the individual sta-

ges to the accurate CAD models. This

creates models on the screen with a

gingival mask (Fig. 3 and 16), antago-

nist models (Fig. 8 to 9a), working mo-

del including dies (Fig. 5), diagnostic

models (Fig. 7 and 17) and last but not

least a buccal scan (Fig. 13). Basically

this is just one scan, which serves as a

matrix to insert and align the upper

and lower jaws in the correct position

(Fig. 14) in the virtual articulator. Over-

all it is rather a scan process that di-

rects the dental technician to the CAD

software (Fig. 19) where the technician

can begin with the design of the ente-

red indication.

All the data of the scan are saved on

drive D under Constructions.
