Fitting
The frameworks are removed from the
sinter tray after cooling (Fig. 10) and
can be checked initially for fit. The mar-
gins can be finished and – if necessary
– minor corrections on the framework
undertaken using a water-cooled tur-
bine and fine diamond rotary instru-
ments (Fig. 11). The margins are then
pre-polished using diamond-coated
polishing discs with a medium grit size
(Fig. 12).
