In a next step, the outline of the
marginal ridges on the mesio and disto-
labial side as well as the shape of the
proximal surfaces can be modified. In
this context, care has to be taken not to
interfere with the layered structure of
the denture tooth.
In the example shown here, I have only
slightly changed the outline of the two
labial marginal ridges of the denture
tooth in order to lend it a more
customized appearance.
The method I have chosen to adjust the
labial surfaces creates an individual style
without changing the basic shape of the
tooth selected, i.e. the proximal surfaces
